  A group robbery was noticed in Philadelphia on Sep 26, 2023. Ober 100 teens who were social media-fueled smashed into stores and grabbed merchandise without payment. This was called “zero dollar shopping” which was started in San Francisco. California passed the proposition 47 in 2014 and then switched some crimes from felony to misdemeanor. “Zero dollar shopping” was found getting more and more since then and even worse to spread to other cities.
