    Why Exercise Only May not Work on Sarcopenia?
    Exercise is a good moderator for sarcopenia. Aerobic exercise and  weight exercise both are useful to increase muscle strength and walking speed. However, exercise alone may not work on building up lean body mass. The nutrition intervention was considered as another critical factor for increasing SMI. Especially, vitamin D and leucine should be supplemented at the same time.
